We’re proud to be supporting Gen M in leading the menopause revolution. As a Founding Partner, we’ve committed to the Gen M pledge, being a voice for change to understand the menopause better and provide valuable support so that those impacted feel listened to, catered for, and well represented across society as they navigate their way through the possible 48 associated symptoms of menopause.

Menopause is More Than Hot Flushes
The menopause is more than just hot flushes and mood swings, with over 13 million menopausal women in the UK – that’s one third of the female population. 75% of menopausal women believe it remains a social taboo that isn’t openly discussed.
As a result, there is an ‘invisible generation’ of menopausal and perimenopausal women and transgender individuals suffering through mentally and physically debilitating symptoms, in silence.
With 15.5 million menopausal consumers in the UK alone, now is the time to drive real change. Gen M believes menopause is not a gender, workplace or Diversity & Inclusion issue.
Instead, it’s a sum of all parts that affects all of society, with directly or indirectly. We must strive to make the menopause better for all, from friends, family, and colleagues to suppliers and consumers. In other words, we must normalise the normal. But this can only be done by working together.
Transforming Attitudes Towards Menopause
More than 50% of women going through menopause suffer from bladder leaks. Menopause causes your ovaries to stop producing oestrogen, which keeps your pelvic floor muscles healthy and tight. Consequently, the pelvic floor weakens, resulting in incontinence.
INNOVO is passionate about helping women overcome the physical, emotional and financial consequences of pelvic health issues. 1 in 3 women suffer from urinary incontinence a.k.a ‘bladder leaks’, with symptoms escalating at this stage of life. However, culturally and historically it’s believed to be ‘just a fact of life’.
Gen M’s ethos and attitudes to this game-changing campaign marries perfectly with our desire to drive change, broaden awareness and increase education, so we were thrilled to be invited to join.

Gen M’s Mission: To unite responsible brands, organisations and employers like us to improve the menopause experience, normalise the conversation, and help stop perimenopausal and menopausal women from being overlooked at home, work and across society.
So women can embark without fear on this pivotal time in their lives feeling supported, educated and truly valued.
We are extremely proud to be one of the 48 Founding Members of Gen M to revolutionise attitudes towards the menopause.
The More We Share The Stronger We Are
“I feel privileged to join this important conversation to normalise all aspects of menopause, from both a professional and personal viewpoint. INNOVO is on a mission to ensure women are aware of real solutions for the stigmatised condition of bladder leaks. The more we share, the stronger we are.”
